Shipping Policy

All orders are packaged in my studio using sufficient packing materials to ensure that your Order will be delivered without any damage during shipping.  Orders are shipped via Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided.

Estimated delivery time:
Canada: 2- 9 Business days
United States: 4-9 Business days

​

Please note that the estimated delivery times do not apply to northern regions and remote centers or to redirected or returned items, estimated delivery time not guaranteed.  Any taxes or duties from customs are to be paid by the buyer.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

 

If the package is received damaged, please take photographs of the package as it was received as well as the item itself. Send the photos in an email to:  artbyheidihirtle@hotmail.com along with your order number and a short description of the damage.

Your material will be reviewed and if it is determined that there was indeed a problem during shipping; I will gladly send you a replacement print.

Return Policy

I will gladly accept returns if you are unsatisfied with your order, this applies to both original(s) art and print(s).

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to notify me that you are returning your purchase:  artbyheidihirtle@hotmail.com

In order to receive a full reimbursement of the purchase price, the package must be postmarked within 7 days of your notification email advising you are returning your purchase.  You are responsible for the return postage (including a tracking number and packaging materials).  If all item(s) are returned within the allowed time-frame, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (return postage and packaging costs will not be refunded).

If the item is not received in its original condition or within the above noted time-frame, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

​
